Our Research

Scientific studies have shown that many multi-vitamin supplements do not benefit consumers, and in some cases, are actually harmful*. They are often manufactured in poor quality facilities – not labs – and do not contain the ingredients they claim. We wanted something better to help those seeking better wellness.

We studied the properties of varying ingredients and the optimal dose of each one to make people feel healthier and more energetic. Nektarios Demetriou, D.O.
Nektarios Demetriou, D.O.
Dr. Demetriou was born in London and educated in England and the United States. He is a licensed and Board Certified Family Practice physician in Florida, where he has been in private practice since 2008. He emphasizes nutrition, preventive health, and wellness to his patients. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Michigan State University, then completed his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania. His internship and residency in family practice took place at Ingham Regional Medical Center in Lansing, Michigan. Dr. Demetriou is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Family Practitioners. He has served on the boards of multiple organizations in an advisory capacity. In addition, Dr. Demetriou is a fully-qualified airline transport pilot and flew for a number of years before pursuing his interest in health and medicine.
Peggy Demetriou, ARNP
Peggy Demetriou, ARNP
Board certified in family practice by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), Peggy Demetriou, ARNP, comes from a strong background in Family and Internal Medicine. Peggy is a member of the Tampa Bay Nurse Practitioner Association, keeping up-to-date with the ever changing world of medicine. She was born and raised in Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin with honors. Peggy completed graduate studies at Concordia University of Wisconsin in 2002, receiving her Master of Science in Nursing. She is an innovator and runs a primary care clinic serving the greater Tampa Bay, FL area.
