Riboflavin, also known as Vitamin B2, is a water soluble vitamin. Vitamin B12 is a water soluble member of the B complex family. Qvita’s Vitamin B12 is methylcobalamin, a form of vitamin B12 that is already active and does not need to be changed by the body for metabolism. Vitamin B12 helps keep the body’s nerve and blood cells healthy, along with making DNA, the genetic material in all cells. Folic Acid is a B water soluble vitamin. Folate is involved in manufacturing DNA and other genetic material. I was astonished when I first heard that my colleague, Dr Demetriou, “wrote a vitamin.” Wow, I said. Here’s a doctor who goes the extra mile! What is even more surprising is that the vitamin he formulated is all natural, vegetarian and has no fillers that are usually added to extend shelf life of the product. As a life-long vegetarian, this is very important to me.
Qvita is all this, and it tastes great. I have been taking Qvita for over a month now. I have replaced my morning beverage with Qvita. I have been having it with warm milk; it tastes like hot cocoa. I also have it with cold milk, which tastes like a cold mocha-chino.

As a Registered Dietitian I’m pretty picky with my vitamins. This one has excellent ingredients in the optimum form for absorption as most vitamins are not absorbed effectively. And I’ve noticed it in my energy level. I was taking a pricey Multi before but I didn’t feel the same benefit as I do with Qvita. As a bonus I like the taste! I’d highly recommend Qvita.
